Return & Refund Policy

At heavish.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.
Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and the steps to follow.
1. Shipping
- Orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Delivery time: 4–8 business days.

2. Exchanges & Returns
- No returns are accepted for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- Returns or exchanges are not applicable on the following:
- Products purchased on sale
- White or light-colored items
- Washed, worn, or tag-removed products
- Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Only size exchanges are allowed. For example, if you ordered Black (S) and want Black (M), the same color and design will be sent.
Color changes are not allowed. - If the required size is unavailable, no refund will be issued. You may select another product of equal or higher value (price adjustment applies).
3. Returns
- Returns are accepted for prepaid orders only, within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned products must be:
- Unwashed
- Unworn
- With original tags intact
- After 7 Days of Delivery, ₹100 return charge per product applies to cover shipping and packaging costs.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for both prepaid and COD orders.
- Products must meet the same conditions as returns (unused, with tags, etc.).
- Exchanges are not allowed for sale or light-colored items.
Only size exchanges are permitted. If the required product is unavailable, you may select another item (price differences will apply).
5.Same-Day Refund / Exchange Process
• Once the return / exchange request is verified by our support team, reverse pickup will be initiated within 24 hours.
• The product will be picked up by our courier partner within next 1-2 days.
• As soon as the product is picked up, the refund / exchange will be initiated on the same day.
- Note: The courier can refuse the pick up if the original tags are not intact OR where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.
- Prepaid Returns: The entire amount will be refunded back to your original payment mode.
Cash On Delivery: The refund will be initiated to the bank account that is provided by you at the time of raising the request.
6.SELF-SHIP PROCESS
• If the reverse pick up service to your pin code is not available, we would ask you self-ship the product back to Nobero.
• Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached.

7. Sale Items
- No returns or exchanges for products bought during sale periods unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- No return/exchange will be accepted on Flat ₹999 Sale, effective from 29/01/2025.
8. Order Cancellations
- Orders cancelled before shipping will incur no charge.
- Orders cancelled after processing will incur a ₹100 charge.
- To avoid charges, please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
9. Defective or Wrong Product Received
- If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
